Usual emphasis on Weapons so bring Jo and bokken.
This is a free practice outdoors in a good location experiencing Aikido without the usual mat, acoustics, light and surface underfoot. Bring Sun screen
The session usually finishes with some weapons in the sea and/or a little
meditation. As the practice is on the beach it is ideal for families and pets , and maybe a picnic!
