Monthly update

Generally issued as an email once a month - giving details of courses and the such like and also contains links to this site where further details can be obtained.

The distribution list is maintained manually and the monthly email does not disclose your address to others as blind cc is used. You may leave the list at any time simply emailing back using the email's return address asking for your name to be removed.
