If you have not yet booked your accommodation, you need to do it quickly because there are only limited chalets left. Book on their main website - see links to right.
Places for visitors outside the LA will be limited so pre registering is advisable
If anyone has already booked accommodation and will definitely be coming on the course please let us know so we can get an idea of Nos
Bob Spence Sensei and other instructors of the Aikikai and out guest instructor
If you have been to the Ribby course before, you will know what a good weekend it is. This will be our 8th year at Ribby.
If you have never been, this course offers the opportunity to train intensively for 3 days, or to mix a good, relaxing weekend break with as much training as you want. Train for the whole weekend or select sessions to suit your family break. Please feel free to complement your training with the excellent facilities available on site at Ribby.
You can choose to do as much, or as little as you like. Alternatively, you can treat it as an ordinary course and come for one day.
The weekend is timed to take advantage of cheap weekend breaks at Ribby Hall. The accommodation is excellent. It is easy to self-cater or there is a good choice of places to eat.
Families can enjoy swimming, pony trekking, archery or a bit of pampering while you train. And at the end of a really good session of aikido it's great to be able to plunge into the swimming pool or relax in the Jacuzzi before meeting up again in the bar
Accommodation on the site tends to get booked up fairly quickly, book soon to avoid disappointment. There are other accommodation options with nearby hotels/Travel Lodges.
Wendy has a few places available in a pre booked chalet. Anyone interested please let us know ASAP
