Class for:- Adults and those who are 16yrs & 17yrs old
Our class is at The Grammar, Marlborough Road, Bowdon, Altrincham WA14 2RS
Participants should be 16+ yrs, and we recommend fully vaccinated. Any one unwell or from a household where people are not well should not train.
We have a trial offer of 3 free sessions for beginners.
You should contact us if you wish to start. and we will guide you through the starting process.

Beginners welcome to all classes. See Social Media or our calendar on the club site as to whether a class is cancelled. Bank holidays' are normally cancelled.
