Where a club takes members under 18 then a Club Welfare Officer (CWO) is appointed after being trained. If a club is without an approved CWO then the Club Leader takes that role or when the CWO's is away.

If there are Safeguarding issues that you wish to raise that you feel should be dealt with not by the Club then the Association has a Child Protection Officer.
